We’re a father-daughter duo—two people from very different worlds who came together with one shared vision: to build better leaders for tomorrow.

I’m Ashwini Nair—a gold medallist in Psychology and an alumna of IIT Bombay’s Executive Programme in Management. After spending over 17 years in brand strategy and customer communication across multinational advertising, retail, fashion, and impact sectors, I saw a clear gap. Too often, organizations struggle when it’s time to step up talent into leadership roles. Succession planning becomes reactive, and many leadership programmes remain surface-level.

My father, Vettath Raghunandan, brings over 50 years of leadership experience from the world of port operations, logistics, and project management. He’s held leadership roles at Indian Potash, J.M. Baxi, and Adani Ports & SEZ. More than his vast operational expertise, what truly sets him apart is his instinct for spotting potential talent and nurturing them with discipline and purpose.

Together, we’ve created the ZENITH Leadership Lab to combine the best of both worlds—his real-world wisdom and my pragmatism. It’s a space where old-school grit meets future-forward thinking.

We’re not just teaching leadership—we’re living it, learning from each other every day, and passing that knowledge forward.
